Early Contractor Involvement (ECI)
Bring construction expertise into the project before the decisions are locked in.
LBA can be engaged as head contractor during the pre-commencement phase, working alongside the design team before documentation is complete.
By bringing construction knowledge into the process early, we help identify buildability issues, manage risk, test costs and refine programme outcomes before they become expensive problems on site.
