Refined fluted precast for commercial offices
Armadale Offices
by Telha Clarke
Bold Brutalist expression meets refined craftsmanship on High Street.
Armadale Offices draws on the monumental forms and raw materiality of 1950s–60s Brutalism — 47 precast concrete columns and 134 fluted façade panels forming a striking street presence, paired with steel shroud windows and glass brick banding that carries the identity into the laneway.
Delivered within a live urban site with tower crane logistics and millimetre-precise precast installation, and finished with rooftop solar, rainwater harvesting and intelligent lighting.
