Pt Leo Estate is a 3,600m² restaurant, winery and cultural destination on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula. Set within an established vineyard and sculpture park, the building responds to its rural setting through a strong, sculptural form and a restrained palette of concrete, rammed earth, oak and steel. The restaurant, cellar door and associated spaces are arranged around a curved plan, with large openings and carefully positioned roof forms connecting the interior to the vineyard, sculpture collection and surrounding landscape.

LBA Construction Group delivered a complex project where architectural form, materiality and specialist construction were closely interdependent. Extensive rammed earth and sculptural concrete elements required careful coordination, sequencing and workmanship, while the building's hospitality spaces demanded a high level of detailing and integration of services, finishes and acoustic treatments.
