Sculptural form + enduring function
Luna House
by Leeton Pointon Architects
Luna House is a new family residence combining a sculptural architectural form with a considered approach to everyday living. Curved walls provide privacy from the street while shaping a series of connected interior spaces, with carefully positioned openings bringing the garden into the home.
LBA Construction Group delivered the project with a focus on the precision required to realise its curved forms, material transitions and detailed interiors. Polished plaster, natural oxide render, timber and stone are balanced with concealed services and integrated sustainability measures, including passive ventilation, thermal massing, solar panels and underground water storage. The result is a highly considered family home that combines distinctive architecture with durability, functionality and long-term liveability.
